Your feedback is of immense value to NatureServe and will shape our ongoing efforts to improve Biotics and better serve its users. Prior to responding to the survey we strongly urge you to review/watch the Biotics 5 Resources presentation/recorded session as it may affect your responses to the survey.
The survey begins with a few background questions, followed by several sections that examine your experience with the various areas of Biotics. We’ll be asking you questions about your experience with the performance and functionality of Biotics and seeking input on specific things you feel we could do to improve the application and the support your receive as a user. We conclude by asking you to tell us where you think we should focus our efforts for the maintenance and support of Biotics.
The survey contains roughly 50 individual questions. For your convenince this on-line survey has been configured to allow you to log on and off as required if you are unable to complete the survey during a single session. We realize this survey contains a lot of questions but we do hope that you will take the time to answer all that apply.
Please note that all questions with an asterisk(*) next to them must be filled in.
We are asking for a single response from each program. Since the link for this survey was sent to all Biotics Points of Contact we ask that you coordinate the response from your program or identify a lead in your program to gather input and submit your program's response. A printable copy of the survey is attached. It can be distributed to staff if you would like to gather their input in that manner.
