If you are having trouble logging in or creating an Explorer Pro account, please try the suggestions below and see if they fix your issue. If not, please either submit a ticket to the help desk or email explorer_support@natureserve.org for more assistance. 

 

  • Make sure to only click the verification link once. If you accidentally double-click, you will get an error message. If this occurs, just try logging in using the email and password you set previously. 
  • Try hitting "Reset Password" and see if you get a link to reset your password and if so, follow the directions and then try and log in again.
  • If you hit reset Password and you don't receive an email, there is a chance you entered your email incorrectly the first time. Try creating an account again.
  • Check your Spam/Junk folder for emails from explorer_pro@natureserve.org
  • Make sure your IT department is not blocking emails from this address and make sure to add it to your contacts.
