RESOLUTION
The records were assigned a species name that is currently not in use, so it is necessary to change the element to which the record is associated to the most current nomenclature. This is done by re-parenting EOs to a different Element_Subnational (EST) record. It may be necessary to first create an EST that agrees with current nomenclature and copy data to it from the INACTIVE EST.
